FILE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

  1. All text and strokes in your artwork must be converted to outlines.

  2. Files must be in CMYK color mode.

  3. Design resolution should be at least 350 DPI and 3000 pixels or above.

  4. For silkscreen color matching, please use Pantone Solid Uncoated references.

If your design includes editable text, please also provide the font file (.ttf or .otf) to avoid automatic font substitution, which may result in inaccuracies in the final print.

PAYMENT

Once the design, printing method, and related details are confirmed, you may proceed with payment.
A full payment is required for orders using student discounts; otherwise, a deposit is accepted.

After verifying your order details, we’ll begin production.

CLASS TEE PRINTING METHODS

One thing students often overlook is the printing method—but it can greatly affect the final look of your class shirt. At Helios, we offer various printing options including silkscreen, embroidery, heat transfer, and digital printing. Each method suits different needs—for example, heat transfer is great for custom names and numbers, while digital printing works well for colorful, complex designs.

CLASS SHIRT FABRIC & PRODUCTION OPTIONS

At Helios, we offer three main categories: Helios custom shirts, ready-to-print, and sports jerseys. Here’s a quick breakdown between the first two:

Helios Custom
We source fabric rolls and custom-cut them based on your shirt design, then print and sew. This allows greater flexibility — you can adjust length, combine panels, or create unique color blocks for a fully custom look and feel.

Ready-to-Pring
We use quality blank shirts from trusted brands like Gildan, Arrive Guide, or Printstar and print your design directly on them. This is faster and more cost-effective — ideal for short-term use or budget-friendly orders.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

Whether you’re ordering class shirts or team apparel, we offer no minimum order. Every item—T-shirts, hoodies, even custom towels—can be produced from just one piece, making it easy to support both large and small group orders.

Under normal circumstances, the following production lead times can be used as a reference:

Ready to print products:

All Products:  7-10 days

Custom-Made uniform shirts:

T-shirt、Polo Shirt: 14-18 days

Sweatshirt、Zip up、Baseball Jacket: 18-22 days

Windbreaker、Flight、 Jacket: 20-30 days

Canvas Bags、 Caps、Towels: 14-18 days

If the above production lead times are after the date you need to use the class uniforms, customers can request an expedited order processing to ensure that you can receive the uniforms before the required date.

Please make sure to confirm the product you want to order before selecting the size, as the size may vary for each uniform style.

Sure, you can provide us with pictures or physical samples of the clothes you want to make. Once we receive the samples and images, we will check if we can produce them. If we can, we will provide you with a quote.
