Production lead time

How long is the lead time

Ready-to-print products: 7-10 days

T shirt/ Polo shirt: 10-14 days

Hoodie/Zip up/ baseball jacket:10-20 days

Jacket/ bomber jacket/ coach jacket : 20天

Yes，pries is the same as making one pieces, sample fee can be refund if you make more than 200 pieces without making any change.

Customers can contact our staff first and we will try our best to find the product you need. If you can't find the style you want in the existing styles, we can customize the product to fit your requirement.

If you need to see sample or product, or provide similar style for our reference, you can come to our studio to see the sample or give the clothes to us, we will produce the product according to your sample.

In addition, if you have any special requirements on the fabric or cutting, you can contact us at any time, and we will be glad to make an arrangement.

There is no minimum order requirement in Helios

Our company has applied for business registration and set up our own studio when since 2015. If you need to visit our studio, please feel free to make an appointment and our staff will serve you.

Production

Are those size the same in every product?

The sizes of each product may vary. Please refer to our sizes table before ordering. If you have any questions about measuring sizes, please contact our staff. In addition, the size of the clothes is measured by hand, so there may be a 1-2cm error

If customers finds any damage, stain or printing error after taking the clothes, please report to our staff. If the mistake is proved to be our fault, we will change it for free, but the customer should bring the defective clothes to our studio for replacement. The printing will be subject to the Helios design template confirmed by the customer. Therefore, the customer must carefully confirm all the data in the final design template, including the details of pattern size and location.

Yes. You can take the clothes to our studio or send the clothes to our factor, We will make it according to your requirements.

Generally, cotton clothes will be slightly shrunk, and the shrinkage range is about 1 to 2CM, which will not cause serious impact.

If the design of the clothes is the same, you can choose different colors  in the same order. If the patterns and colors are different, additional fees will be charged, for example: red clothes with black pattern + black clothes with white pattern + white clothes with red pattern.

Design

Can I make change in the design?

Yes, font and color of each design can be modified. Please email or whatsapp us or request for modification. After confirming the order, the renderings shall not be changed more than 3 times.

No. Our design is made with time and effort, we hope customers do not risk breaking the law to copy.

As the design copyright only belongs to Helios, the original design files cannot be send to the customer.

Upon confirmation of the order, at least 50% of the total amount of the order shall be paid as the deposit, and the balance shall be settled at the time of taking delivery. If the total amount of the order is less than $2000, the full amount shall be paid in advance. Otherwise, the company may refuse the customer to take the product.

No deposit shall be refunded unless the product is permanently out of stock or upon request by the customer prior to the commencement of production.
